The Junior Inter-League is the Premier Junior swimming league in the country, we have 11 junior leagues affiliated to us which include over 200 swimming teams in England and Wales.

Our aim is to promote inter-club competitions for junior swimmers from 9 - 12 years helping to encourage their progression in swimming and participation in sport.

Our grand final is a unique one off event with the teams and supporters dressing up it is always a noisy competitive event.
